These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the College2Campus2Corporate website and services. By using the site or submitting an application or enquiry, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

College2Campus2Corporate provides guidance, a scholarship eligibility review portal, and related education-support information. Contact: founder@college2campus2corporate.com.

2. Nature of the service — important

  • Submitting an application is a request for eligibility review, not a guaranteed scholarship, admission, fee concession, job or internship.
  • Any offer of support is communicated separately after eligibility checks, funding or partner-college confirmation, and approval.
  • This portal does not process scholarship payments or collect bank details.
  • Partner colleges keep full control of their own admission and fee decisions.

3. Eligibility to apply

Students completing or planning higher education who need financial or education support may apply. Applicants under 18 should involve a parent or guardian; the form requires parent/guardian confirmation.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide true, complete and accurate information.
  • Do not submit false documents or misrepresent identity, income or academic records.
  • Keep your application ID confidential and use it only for legitimate tracking.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape excessively, or abuse the site or forms.

False information may lead to cancellation of any review outcome or related opportunity.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, branding and materials are owned by College2Campus2Corporate or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Third-party links and partners

The site may reference partner colleges, external scholarships or programmes. Those organisations have their own terms and decisions. We are not responsible for their policies or outcomes.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and review service are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, or that a review will result in any particular financial or admission outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, College2Campus2Corporate is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on review outcomes. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific service (which is zero for the free eligibility review portal).

9. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in the applicable jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
